Diwali

This week we have been learning all about Diwali, the Indian New Year festival.
We made divas(lanterns) out of clay.

We made rangoli patterns out of powder paint.

And we learnt a special dance.
Today at Hui we shared our learning.

Grandparents' day

Calendar art

We have finished our artwork.
We did collage. We used the paper we made last term, with tissue paper, for the background and then did self-portraits.
