ANZAC week activities

 Our Room 1 buddies made us ANZAC poppies.

We loved our special  poppies. Thank you our fabulous buddies

 Ms Blackwell brought in a box which her Grandad brought back with him from the 2nd World War.

 When we opened it look what we found...
 Army uniforms,

 his letters, a newspaper, and all his medals.
















On Thursday we had a special Remembrance service at school.

It was a very special day.

ANZAC day is on Saturday. Look what we found at school today.

Who helps us?

We dressed up as people who help us. Can you work out how they help?

 Policemen and tooth fairies,

 Easter bunny and a doctor,

 Builders and Spiderman,

 A firefighter and Jesus.

We also helped others, we gave money to help the people in Vanuatu.
